Consultation Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Scheduling

By booking a 1-on-1 consultation with NM1 Scripts, you agree to secure your time slot upon successful payment of the consultation fee (₹399). All time slots are subject to our team's availability. We will reach out to you via email or phone to confirm the exact date and time.

2. Strictly Non-Refundable Policy

The ₹399 consultation fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the payment is processed and the slot is booked, we allocate our team's time and resources to prepare for your specific technical architecture discussion.

• If you miss the scheduled call without prior notice, the fee is forfeited.
• If you wish to reschedule, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the client.

3. Scope of Consultation

The consultation call is designed to provide strategic technical advice, architectural blueprints, and cost/time estimations for your project. This fee does not include any actual development work, coding, or ongoing support. Any subsequent development work will be billed separately based on the agreed-upon project scope.

4. Confidentiality

Any ideas, business logic, or technical requirements discussed during the consultation will be kept strictly confidential. NM1 Scripts will not share your project details with any third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Rescheduling by NM1 Scripts

In the rare event that our team needs to reschedule the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with alternative time slots at the earliest convenience. Your payment will remain valid for the rescheduled slot.
