We provide customized digital services, including but not limited to:

• Website Design & Development
• E-commerce Website Development
• Custom Web Applications
• UI/UX Design
• Website Maintenance
• Website Hosting
• Domain Registration Assistance
• SEO & Digital Marketing Services (where applicable)

As these services involve dedicated time, expertise, and resources, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

Advance payments secure project scheduling and resource allocation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• The advance amount covers project planning, consultation, research, design, and development activities already performed.

If the Client cancels a project after work has started:

• Payments already made are generally non-refundable.
• The Client must pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date if outstanding.
• Any unfinished work, source code, design files, or other deliverables remain the property of NM1 Scripts until all outstanding payments are settled.

If NM1 Scripts is unable to complete the project due to reasons solely attributable to us, we may, at our discretion:

• Issue a full or partial refund for any services not yet delivered; or
• Offer an alternative solution or revised project timeline.

Refund requests may be considered only if:

• No substantial work has commenced on the project.
• The Company is unable to deliver the agreed services for reasons within its control.
• Both parties mutually agree in writing to terminate the project.

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method, where feasible.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after project commencement.
• Delays caused by the Client.
• Failure to provide required content or approvals.
• Requests for additional features beyond the agreed scope.
• Completed milestones that have been approved by the Client.
• Website hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, software licenses, third-party subscriptions, or similar services once purchased.
• Digital products or downloadable resources that have already been delivered.

If the Client fails to respond, provide required information, or communicate for 30 consecutive days, the project may be considered abandoned.

In such cases:

• The project may be closed.
• Payments already received will not be refunded.
• Resuming the project may require additional fees.

Any request to change the project scope after approval may require:

• A revised quotation.
• Additional development time.
• Additional payment.

Such modifications do not entitle the Client to a refund.

Any costs incurred for third-party services—including hosting, domain registration, premium plugins, APIs, themes, fonts, stock media, or software licenses—are non-refundable, as they are governed by the respective providers' policies.

• Your name
• Project name or invoice number
• Date of payment
• Reason for the refund request

We will review each request individually and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.
